SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We ship to The Lower Mainland, The Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, Interior BC & Alberta. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to USA or Internationally.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.thefenceshop.ca and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available.

We ship most of our items via Purolator, for larger items we offer a delivery or collection. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose the 1 of  3 shipping methods.

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order is complete and ready to ship. For Large item pickup & deliveries will email you to arrange a collection/delivery day. To track your smaller items we will email you your unique Purolator tracking number and find all your order information at https://www.purolator.com/en/shipping/tracker

Here at The One Stop Fence Shop, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 6-17 business days depending on what state you reside in from the date your order was placed. For more information on shipping please refer here. We aim to get your cedar fence completed with a turnaround of 8-10 business days, during peak months this could climb to 15 days.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, fill in your country and postal code and shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Sales tax is charged according to the province to which the item is shipped.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Interact Debit. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

If an item is priced incorrectly on the shelf, or scans at the wrong price at the till, retailers are under no obligation to honour it, under the Sale of Goods Act. They can offer the item at the correct price or refuse your money and withdraw the product from sale.

We respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website and service. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our Clients have engaged us.

3. Review your order. You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax.
4. Get your receipt.

Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request. To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’. Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this.

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at sales@thefenceshop.ca with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include all custom orders and Pre-stained orders.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
